This Gun-ex® Spartan Challenge will test your overall fitness level but within a team time trial. All the exercises are basic and complex for all body muscles with GUN-eX® COBRA tool. This session won't take an hour, but it will feel like it does! You can become the Team of Sparta. May the best person win! (Gun-ex® Workouts are 30-45 minutes only)
